DEATH

We spend our whole lives trying to get to the top, 

never realizing that there will come a day our breath will stop.

We travel everyday to make ends meet,

never realizing that what we sow is what we reap.

The beautiful moon smiles upon us as we sleep, 

we never wonder whether we will wake from this dream so deep.

We wake up each day to run against time,

but soon there will be a day that you will sublime.

We fear to lose the life we have,

but life is a gift that will always be taken back.

So live not in fear but with hope and good karma,

so that when death calls, you will have achieved  nirvana.
